Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AYNA platform operated by UAV Operations Systems, LLC ("AYNA," "we," "us," or "our") at ayna.com and app.ayna.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use AYNA.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One person or legal entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.

2. The AYNA Platform

AYNA is a drone operations management platform with AI agents that help Part 107 pilots manage compliance, maintenance, scheduling, records, revenue, and flight operations.

AYNA is an operational tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. AI agents organize information, surface recommendations, and track compliance requirements, but the pilot-in-command is always responsible for all flight decisions, regulatory compliance, and safety determinations. AYNA does not provide legal, regulatory, or aviation safety advice.

AI and Your Data

AYNA uses third-party AI platforms to power its crew agents. We commit to the following:

• No model training on your data. Your operational data (flight logs, client information, certifications, maintenance records, and all other business data) is never used to train AI models — by us or by our third-party AI providers.
• Providers that don't learn from your data. We select AI providers whose terms prohibit using customer inputs and outputs for model training.
• Agent improvement, not data mining. We may analyze anonymized interaction patterns to improve how agents respond (for example, improving the clarity of compliance alerts or the relevance of maintenance recommendations). This is limited to improving agent behavior — we do not mine, profile, or learn from your business data.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans and Pricing

AYNA offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
• Professional and Business plans are billed per pilot in your organization.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You retain access to the platform until the end of your paid period.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@ayna.com for refund requests. We aim to be fair — if you're unhappy in your first 30 days, let us know.

4. Your Data and Intellectual Property

Your Data Is Yours

You retain all rights to the data you enter into AYNA, including but not limited to: flight logs, maintenance records, client information, certifications, storefront content, and all other operational data. We do not claim ownership of your data.

License to Provide the Service

You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the AYNA platform to you. This license ends when you delete your account.

Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify data generated through your use of the platform. Once data has been de-identified so that it cannot reasonably identify you or any individual, it is no longer considered your personal data. We may use such aggregated data without restriction for purposes including but not limited to: platform improvement, feature development, safety research, operational analytics, and industry insights.

Storefront Content

Content you publish on your storefront (service descriptions, portfolio, certifications) is publicly visible. You are responsible for ensuring your storefront content is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AYNA for any illegal purpose or in violation of FAA regulations
• Enter false certification, registration, or compliance information
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Resell or redistribute the platform without authorization

6. Drone Builder

The Drone Builder tool at build.ayna.com is provided free of charge. Build specifications and performance calculations are based on publicly available data (including UIUC propulsion databases) and are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for validating all build specifications before construction or flight.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AYNA AND UAV OPERATIONS SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from flight operations, equipment failures, or regulatory non-compliance
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to AYNA in the twelve months preceding the claim

AYNA is an operational management tool. We are not responsible for flight safety, regulatory compliance decisions, or the accuracy of information you enter into the platform. The pilot-in-command bears full responsibility for all flight operations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy of any AI agent recommendations or calculations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AYNA and UAV Operations Systems, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or regulations, including FAA regulations.

10. Termination

• You can close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
• We may terminate the service with 30 days' notice.
• Upon termination, you can export your data before your account is deleted.
• Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where legally required to retain.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in New Hampshire.
